Half-Year Novice
Half-year novice athletes practice once a week for 1 hour starting in January. We offer this team for ages 5-18. These athletes compete in a 1 1/2-minute routine at 2-3 local competitions in March and April. Additionally, they will perform at our end-of-season event here in Elizabeth City. They will learn all the basics of All-Star cheer and be ready to move up to a Prep or Elite team in the following season.
Full Year Prep/Novice
Our Prep and Prep-Novice teams run from August to May. These teams are for athletes ages 5-14 years old, and athletes will attend evaluations to decide team placement in May. These teams practice 2 hours a week. All of these teams compete at 4-6 competitions and an end of season performance here in Elizabeth City. These athletes may also have the opportunity to attend an end of season competition.
Full Year Elite
Our elite teams are offered to athletes 7-18 years of age. Athletes on these teams attend evaluations in May to decide which team they will be placed on. Elite teams practice 5 hours a week from May-April, and will attend 5-7 local and travel competitions which are 1 or 2 day weekends. The goal for our Elite teams is to earn the opportunity to travel to Florida for an end of season competition, end of season competitions we have previously competed at include All-Star World Championship and Summit.
Cheerabilities
Our Cheerabilities team is for our exceptional athletes of all ages. These athletes practice 1 hour a week from September till May. They compete at 3-4 local competitions with an end of season performance in Elizabeth City. We accept all abilities and have dedicated helpers to assist the athletes at all times.
Spring/Fall into Free
These 6-7 week teams practice once a week. These teams are for boys and girls ages 5-14 and they will learn all the basics of All-Star cheer plus a short school style cheer that will all be put in a short routine that they will perform here in Elizabeth City. This team has no fees, just a $35 registration fee to join and includes a free T-shirt.
